Track my FlexiRider order

Live tracking from pickup to drop, with a clear confirmation when your order arrives.

In short: Open the FlexiRider customer app and go to your active order. Once a rider is assigned, you can follow their live location on the map, and every delivery ends with an OTP, photo or signature confirming it was handed to the right person.

How order tracking works

When you place an order or pickup request, FlexiRider assigns the nearest available rider. From that point, your order screen shows the rider's live location on a map, updating as they head to pickup and then to your drop location. You can see the order move in real time, the same way you'd track any live delivery.

Confirming your delivery arrived

When the rider reaches you, FlexiRider captures proof of delivery - a one-time password, a photo, or a signature, depending on the order. This closes the loop: instead of just trusting that a delivery happened, there is a record of what arrived, when, and to whom.

How do I track my FlexiRider order?

Live tracking starts once a rider has been assigned to your order. Before that, the app shows your order status as it looks for the nearest available rider.

What do I do if tracking looks stuck?
Refresh the order screen in the app. If the rider's location genuinely hasn't updated for a while, contact support through the app for help.
