What is rider dispatch?

Rider dispatch is the engine that decides which rider handles which order. When an order comes in, a dispatch system matches it to the nearest available rider based on location, availability and business rules - then tracks it to completion. Good dispatch is what keeps promises fast and reliable at scale.

Manual dispatch (calling or messaging riders) breaks down as volume grows. Automated, rules-based dispatch keeps utilization high and delivery times consistent.

How FLEXIRIDER approaches it

FLEXIRIDER runs a real-time dispatch engine as part of its orchestration layer - assigning orders from any channel to a managed rider network, with live tracking and a defined SLA. See the enterprise command center.
