FLEXIRIDER was founded by Baskaran Natarajan, an entrepreneur and business strategist with over 30 years of leadership across organized retail, e-commerce marketplaces, distribution, operations, supply chain, finance and business development. An MBA, he has worked with leading global consumer brands, including leadership roles associated with Panasonic and LG, contributing to the development, expansion and optimization of go-to-market, sales and distribution networks serving customers across India.
Over three decades he has worked with companies at every stage - from startups to established enterprises - with deep expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, operations and team leadership. That career placed him at the center of how products move through India's supply chains and reach customers.

Across his work in Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai - and through his professional network - Baskaran repeatedly saw the same bottleneck. Brands and merchants could manufacture, market and stock products well, but getting them to the customer reliably and affordably stayed broken. In-house fleets were expensive and hard to scale; third-party couriers were opaque and inconsistent; riders worked in a fragmented, low-structure system.
He founded FLEXIRIDER in February 2026, operated by Bumore India Private Limited, to address the problem at its foundation - not with another delivery app, but with a last-mile logistics infrastructure platform that merchants, enterprises, riders and aggregators can all connect to through a single system. FLEXIRIDER commercially launched in Chennai in May 2026 and signed its first merchant commercial agreement in June 2026.
The vision is not simply delivery aggregation. It is building the digital infrastructure that enables millions of merchants, customers, riders and businesses to transact and fulfill locally - across food, groceries, medicines, retail, parcels and more.
The long-term vision extends beyond logistics technology. FLEXIRIDER aims to create a platform where commerce growth directly translates into more opportunities for riders, merchants and local communities.
