Order orchestration

Normalizing and routing orders from many channels and aggregators into one flow.

What is order orchestration?

Order orchestration takes orders arriving from different sources - your own website or app, multiple aggregators, or a point-of-sale system - and brings them into one normalized queue. From there, every order is dispatched, tracked and settled the same way, no matter where it came from.

It is the front half of delivery orchestration: without a single order layer, operators toggle between apps and lose the single view that makes delivery manageable.

How FLEXIRIDER approaches it

FLEXIRIDER connects merchant point-of-sale and aggregator systems through direct integrations, so orders flow into one queue for dispatch. See the enterprise platform.
