Delivery orchestration

Coordinating order intake, dispatch, routing, tracking and settlement through a single operating layer.

What is delivery orchestration?

Delivery orchestration is the coordination of every step of a delivery - from the moment an order is placed to the moment it is delivered and settled - through one system. Instead of stitching together in-house riders, multiple third-party couriers and orders from several aggregators, orchestration turns those moving parts into a single, accountable workflow.

The result is one operational view: where every order is, which are at risk, who is delivering, and what everyone was charged. Orchestration is what separates a delivery platform from a single-purpose courier.
