What documents do I need to become a delivery partner?
You'll need a valid ID for identity verification, a valid driving licence, and your bank account details for payouts. These are verified once during onboarding.
What vehicle do I need?
A two-wheeler you own and are licensed to ride. FlexiRider currently supports two-wheeler delivery partners.

Onboarding & verification

How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding involves creating your profile and uploading your documents for verification. Once your documents are verified, you can go online and start accepting deliveries.
What is the verification process?
FlexiRider checks your identity and licence documents as part of onboarding, a one-time step designed to keep the rider network safe and accountable for merchants, customers and riders.
Is there a fee to sign up?
Signing up as a FlexiRider delivery partner does not require an upfront fee.

Payouts & working hours

How often are payouts made?
Earnings from completed deliveries are tracked in the app and paid out through FlexiRider's rider payout system.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. You choose when to go online and accept deliveries, and when to go offline - there is no fixed schedule.
Can I deliver in more than one area of Chennai?
Delivery tasks are assigned based on your live location and availability, so you can accept orders anywhere FlexiRider operates in Chennai.

What if I need help or support?
Support is available through the Delivery Partner app for questions about orders, payouts or your account.
