Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FLEXIRIDER platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a FLEXIRIDER account, accessing the platform, or using any FLEXIRIDER service — including placing orders, accepting deliveries, listing products, or referring others — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

FLEXIRIDER, operated by Bumore India Private Limited, is a logistics and delivery platform connecting customers, riders, vendors, and fleet operators.

FLEXIRIDER offers on-demand courier delivery, scheduled pickups, and last-mile logistics in Chennai, with phased expansion to additional Indian metros. The platform serves three user types: (a) Customers placing delivery requests; (b) Riders completing those deliveries; (c) Vendors integrating their order pipeline with our fleet. All users must be 18 years or older and reside in India. Service availability, pricing, and delivery windows are subject to change based on location, time of day, and rider/fleet capacity.

3. Account Registration

To register, you must (i) be at least 18 years old; (ii) provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification; (iii) submit accurate and current information. Riders, Vendors, and Ambassadors must additionally complete KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account details where applicable). FLEXIRIDER reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for (a) submission of false or misleading information; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) violation of these Terms; (d) regulatory non-compliance; or (e) any conduct that endangers other users or the integrity of the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times; (ii) comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, GST regulations, and motor vehicle laws (for riders); (iii) not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to delivery of prohibited items, harassment, fraud, or money laundering; (iv) not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security or access-control mechanism; (v) not impersonate any other person or entity; (vi) not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform; (vii) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept full responsibility for activity under your account.

5. Payments and Fees

Customers may pay for orders via Razorpay (UPI, card, net-banking), Cash-on-Delivery (where supported), or in-app FLEXIRIDER Wallet credit. All charges are inclusive of applicable GST as displayed at checkout; tax invoices are issued via email and accessible in-app. Refunds, where eligible, are processed per our Refund Policy. Rider earnings are settled to verified bank accounts within 2-3 business days of withdrawal request, subject to TDS deduction under Section 194O of the Income Tax Act, 1961 where applicable. Vendor commissions are credited to the registered vendor wallet at the end of each settlement cycle (monthly by default), and Ambassador commissions are credited on completion of qualifying events per the Ambassador Program terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FLEXIRIDER (Bumore India Private Limited), its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. The total aggregate liability of FLEXIRIDER for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to FLEXIRIDER in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. FLEXIRIDER shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, government action, pandemic, network outages, or third-party service failures.

8. Intellectual Property

The FLEXIRIDER name, logo, software, and content are owned by Bumore India Private Limited. By uploading photos, reviews, comments, or any other content to the platform, you grant FLEXIRIDER a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, violate any law, or contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to customercare@bumore.in or via the in-app account-deletion option. FLEXIRIDER may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraud, or as required by law. Upon termination, (a) your right to use the platform ceases immediately; (b) any unsettled wallet balance is paid out within 30 days subject to KYC verification; (c) we retain transaction, audit, and tax records for the duration required by Indian law (typically 7 years under the Income Tax Act); (d) all other personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion procedures. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect.
