Cancellation Policy

Understand when and how you can cancel an order, subscription, or service on FLEXIRIDER.

Effective date: 10 May 2026 Last updated: 10 May 2026

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order:

2. Order Cancellation by Rider/Vendor

A rider or vendor may cancel an order when: (a) the customer is not reachable at the delivery address despite multiple attempts (typically 3 calls + 1 SMS over 10 minutes); (b) the delivery address is inaccessible due to closed gates, restricted entry, or hazardous conditions; (c) the item is unavailable or out of stock (vendor-initiated); (d) the parcel content is found to violate our restricted-items list (see Shipping Policy); (e) safety risk to the rider is reasonably anticipated. In all such cases, the customer receives a full refund (less any partial-service charges where applicable) and a written explanation via email or in-app notification within 24 hours.

3. Auto-Cancellation

Orders are automatically cancelled when no rider can be assigned within the dispatch timeout window (typically 15 minutes). Full refund is processed automatically.

4. Subscription Cancellation

FLEXIRIDER subscription plans (e.g., FlexiPass) can be cancelled anytime via the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund for unused portion of current cycle.

5. Scheduled Order Cancellation

Scheduled or future-dated orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time with no cancellation fee — full refund applies. Cancellation within the 1-hour window incurs the same assignment fee as on-demand orders (₹15). Cancellation after the rider has been dispatched to the pickup point is treated as post-pickup and is not refundable, unless service failure occurs.

6. Refund After Cancellation

See Refund Policy for refund timelines and methods.
